The Officers Benefit Association was originated in 1956 and is an organization specially focused on teachers, first responders, military and government employees. A great numbers of benefits are made available to you as a way to say thank you. OBA tirelessly advocates for all our heroes whether in uniform or the classroom. Access to benefits and savings are the cornerstones of our association. These provide peace of mind and financial security to those who serve and the ones they leave behind.
Our mission is to provide available resources and benefits to our heroes on the front lines, fire, police, first responders, government employees, teachers and their families. We also help to alleviate financial burdens through available discount and reward programs.
1. Integrity And Ethics
Simply put, the two principles of integrity and ethics translate into doing the right thing, in an honest, fair, and responsible way. Building our entire association on the foundation of honesty and integrity goes a long way into building a strong, trusting relationship with our members, stakeholders, and customers. A truthful conduct on everyone’s part can create a strong, credible reputation of the association, which is beneficial for everyone’s interests.
Without dedicated members and volunteers, an association is nothing. Period. Committed members form the backbone of the entire association.
Associations that focus on introducing new ideas in the marketplace follow the principle of “innovation, not imitation.” This is crucial if the association wants to be a trend setter and introduce new products that our members appreciate and value.
The thirst to constantly improve can be achieved if we are never satisfied. . Nothing compares to an association that is dedicated and willing to go the extra mile. This requires our association to cultivate an environment that promotes respect and frowns upon politics.
